Where are the signs manufactured?
Manufactured by our trusted overseas partner factories, then inspected for lighting, wiring and dimensions at our Japan facility before shipping.
Can I order directly at the simulator price?
No. The simulator returns an estimate. Final pricing depends on the install environment, materials and options, and is confirmed in your formal quote.
How long does it take to ship?
About 4 to 6 weeks on a standard project. Size, complexity and seasonal load can shift this.
Can I cancel an order?
Because pieces are made-to-order, we cannot cancel orders once production has started. You can cancel before payment or before production begins.
Can these be installed outdoors?
Yes. We add weatherproofing and adjust the power spec accordingly — please describe the install location at quote stage.
Can you reproduce my logo exactly?
We reproduce as faithfully as the medium allows. Very fine lines or micro-details may need to be simplified, which we work through together at the design review stage.
