How it works

Order flow

From the first preview in the simulator to the final package, every stage is visible to you.

Typical lead time is around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the project.

  1. 1. Sketch it in the simulator

    Pick text, colour, size and placement, and see a live preview with an estimated price band.

  2. 2. Request a quote

    Send the design through. Attach a photo of the install location or a logo file if you have one.

  3. 3. Design review

    We review the design and the spec, and come back with questions or proposals if needed.

  4. 4. Formal quote

    We confirm the final price and lead time, and email you a Stripe payment link.

  5. 5. Full upfront payment

    The formal quote is paid in full via Stripe. Production cannot be cancelled after this stage.

  6. 6. Manufacturing

    Once payment is confirmed, your piece is built by our trusted overseas partner factory.

  7. 7. Japan QC

    Every piece is inspected at our Japan facility for lighting, wiring and dimensions. Defects trigger rework or remake.

  8. 8. Shipping

    Once it passes QC, we pack and ship from our Japan warehouse. You receive a tracking number by email.
